FIB-SEMトモグラフィーにより観察した基板上のサブミクロン粒径の金属膜の拘束焼結における３次元異方的微構造形成を，組織断面観察から決定した切片長さや，気孔方位分布，表面エネルギーテンソルを用いて解析する.
