Nd₂Fe₁₄B磁石のd-HDDR過程における異方性発現メカニズムに基づき、熱処理と水素解砕処理条件を最適化した結果、原料粉末内のクラックが減るとともに不均化後の低異方性を誘起する組織が減り、異方性が向上した。
