Ni-Fe合金の定常結晶粒径d_ssはFe含有量の増加によって微細となった．これは，規格化積層欠陥エネルギーの低下による転位の回復の抑制と規格化流動応力の逆数の低下による転位の導入量の増加に起因すると考えられる．
