[53] Temperature dependence of obstacle barrier strength for irradiation defects in ion-irradiated W by dynamic observation

核融合炉ダイバータ候補材のWは400~500℃がDBTT近傍でこの温度を境に機械的特性が変化する.
そこで室温および450℃でTEM内引張『その場』観察を行い,動的変形挙動への試験温度の影響について調べた.
