[S7.12] Improvement of coercivity for Si and Al infiltrated Sm(Fe_0.8Co_0.2)₁₂-B thin films by grain boundary diffusion

高保磁力Sm(Fe_0.8Co_0.2)₁₂-B薄膜に対し、粒界拡散を目的としてSi層及びAl層を成膜した試料を作製し、その影響について詳細に調べた。磁化測定の結果、いずれの場合においても1.2 Tを凌駕する高保磁力が確認された。
