電子ビーム粉末床溶融結合法で作製したTiAl合金は造形時の熱影響で特有の微細組織と優れた力学特性を持つ。本講演では同法で作製したβ相含有TiAl合金の熱処理によるセル状組織の制御とその力学特性の影響を述べる。
