[205] Influences of grain size of the oxidized zone on high-temperature oxidation of AlN/Al₂O₃ composites

The grain size in oxidized zone of 10 vol% AlN/Al₂O₃ was investigated after oxidized at 1200-1350°C for 6-24h. The resullt indicated the grain size in oxidized zone is smaller than as sintered one.
