Ti-3OとTi-3Nの熱間圧延材を1100～1350℃の範囲で等温保持した場合、酸素添加剤よりも窒素添加剤の方が低硬度となった。また、圧延後の硬度から等温保持後の硬度低下量は窒素添加剤の方が大きかった。
