N型Mg₃(Sb,Bi)₂は高性能熱電材料として知られている。本研究では異なるAs量を添加したN型Mg₃(Sb,Bi)₂を作成し、Asによるアニオンサイトの置換、およびSb:Bi:Asの比率が熱電物性に与える影響を調査した。
