[P5] Crystallization of Ge thin films with Ag-Sb alloy at low temperature

本研究ではMIC法を用い、Geの低温結晶化を試みた。先行研究でAg-Sbを金属触媒に用いた場合でもGeの結晶化が確認できた。今回は成膜順を逆にし、Ge、Ag-Sbの順で成膜した。
