[P9] Effect of lattice elongation on the magnetic properties for FeMnGa thin film with light element

本研究では、Mnリッチ組成で FeMnGa 薄膜を作製した。Mn置換量増加 に伴い保磁力が増加し、磁化が大きく減少することが確認された。また、軽元素を添加して結晶構造及び磁気特性に対する影響についても調査した。
