ECAP加工後の純銅を種々の温度で焼鈍し,SEM/EBSD法による結晶方位の解析から粒界三重線周りの結晶粒間の対応方位関係を測定した.更に,同一視野において双晶境界(Σ3)を含むΣ3n対応粒界の形成過程を観察した.
