[P41] Chemical order promoted vacancy and interstitial sluggish diffusion in CrCoNi medium-entropy alloy

Atomistic simulation was performed to study the chemical ordering effect on vacancy and interstitial diffusion in CrCoNi medium-entropy alloy. Sluggish diffusion phenomenon was found in our results.
