[S5.4] Phase-field analysis of diffusion phenomena in inhomogeneous temperature field

本解析では、温度不均一が存在する場合の相平衡および拡散理論をあらためて再検討し、平行接線則の温度場への適用、および計算例として温度不均一場における空孔拡散について解析した結果について報告する。
