水素雰囲気と酸化雰囲気で試料を挟むことで,透過してきた水素によりFeの酸化皮膜の成長が抑制されることが確認できた.本研究では,単一雰囲気中及び二重雰囲気のFeの高温酸化を行い,試料の断面組織の比較を行う.
