本研究では,製法の異なる純Al粉末,およびこれらにTiCヘテロ凝固核粒子を添加した混合粉末を用い,DED法による積層造形を行った. これより粉末の流動性と造形性の関係,およびTiC添加がこれらに及ぼす影響を調査した.
