流通式超臨界水熱合成法を用いて新規Ⅱ-Ⅴ族パイロクロア型酸化物の合成を試みた.Mg-Ta系での実験で,新規パイロクロア型酸化物であるMg2Ta2O7の合成に成功した.粒径は20-30nmのナノ粒子が得られた.
