LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4正極を用いて薄膜電池を作製し,その光応答性を調べた.高レート定電流充放電時に光を照射した場合にわずかな容量の増大が見られ,Li+脱挿入反応の速度が光応答に大きく関与していることを示唆した.
