(Al, Fe)₃TiはL1₂規則構造をもつ軽量な金属間化合物であり，1200℃において比較的広い相領域をもつ．そこで，組成を変化させ溶製した(Al, Fe)₃Tiについて規則度及びビッカース硬さ試験により機械的性質を調査した.
