本研究では、細胞間相互作用不全による骨配向破綻を回復させる手段として、mRNAによる骨芽細胞配向制御を提案する。mRNA導入骨芽細胞配向化モデルを構築し、mRNAによる骨配向化薬の可能性を見出した。
