引張試験中DIC法とSEM-EBSD解析を組み合わせた解析により、多結晶Mg合金の変形機構と局所応力・ひずみ分布の関係を調査した。局所応力・ひずみ分布には、結晶粒界による拘束等の影響が示唆された。
