高エネルギーのフェムト秒パルスレーザーを溶液中に集光することで高強度非平衡反応場を形成し，通常では作製が困難な全率固溶合金ナノ粒子を作製する．本講演では作製メカニズムと合金ナノ粒子の特徴を紹介する．
