Boltzmann-Matano法に基づいて、Fe-CrおよびFe-Mo二元系のα-Fe固溶体相における相互拡散係数を実験的に導出し、Fe-Cr-Mo三元系と比較して溶質原子のCrとMoが相互拡散に及ぼす影響を考察した。
