TiやTi合金基板上に陽極酸化処理で成膜したTiO2の光誘起機能や力学機能は、同一条件で成膜しても基板によって変わる。本発表はTiO2の電子構造・組織・結晶性・化学組成等を調べ、その原因についての考察を紹介する。
