[327] Relationship between the sign of the crystal-orientation-dependent anisotropic magnetoresistance and the half-metallicity in Co-based Heusler alloys

Co基ホイスラー合金であるCo₂MnGe・Co₂MnSi・Co₂FeSiの結晶方向依存異方性磁気抵抗(AMR)効果とその温度変化を測定した。AMR比の符号と絶対値について、結晶場効果を取り入れたs-d散乱モデルを用いて考察した。
