2. Congress Format

The 39th KOREA-JAPAN Urological Congress will be an in-person congress in Tsukuba.

3. Registration Fees

Category	Ealry Registration	Late registration
Japanese Delegates	15,000 JPY	18,000 JPY
Japanese Residents*; senior resident doctors/ graduate students	5,000 JPY	8,000 JPY

*Required to show a copy of your certificate or valid student ID at the reception desk.

Those who belongs to Korean institution or Japanese invitee do not need registration fee.

4. Payment Method

◆For Early Registration
Payment of registration fees (in Japanese Yen) can be made only by Credit Card:
MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Diners or American Express

In order to secure the pre-registration benefits, all payments must be completed by ~~September 30~~ October 10, 2023 (JST).
Should your registration remain unpaid as of ~~September 30~~ October 10, you cannot receive any pre-registration benefits and the fee differences will be charged.

◆For Late Registration
Payment of registration fees (in Japanese Yen) can also be made only by Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners or American Express

Late-Registration period: October 23, 2023 (JST) - October 28, 2023 (JST)

5. Name Card

Participants will receive a name card when they check in at the registration desk.
Name cards must be worn at the venue and social events organized as part of the meeting.

Certificate of participation is attached to the name card.

6. Receipt

After completing the payment, Receipt can be downloaded at our website.

Receipt can be downloaded by November 30, 2023.

7. Registration

Registration has been closed.
