Background
In recent years, because the Taiwan government has attached great importance to drug prevention education, the competent education authorities have continuously encouraged schools at all levels to hold drug prevention education lectures. However, most of the lectures are short-term publicity methods of one hour, and they are presented in various ways, which have already brought students the feeling of visiting a market or a store, and it is difficult to improve the effectiveness of drug prevention. Therefore, this time researchers try to plan a long-term drug prevention education group based on the concept of occupational therapy group design to explore its effectiveness.

The timing of the assessment is before the first start of the group and after the end of the last group. And at the first and last group, plan half-hour qualitative group to collect qualitative data for this activity.
Result
The results will be used to compare the pre- and post-test data through spss to clarify the effectiveness of the three aspects of cognition, attitude and behavior. Use qualitative data to interpret and analyze results.
