The session will focus on building resilience and adaptation of communities in tsunami-prone coastlines by the reconstruction process considering examples of restoration, improved urban, rural and social related aspects as well as engineering designs, strategies and practices (amongst others) considered to be crucial in coastal redevelopment. The session lasting for 2.00 hours max consider oral presentations and a round table.
