[M-IS24] Gas hydrates in environmental-resource sciences

Thu. May 28, 2015 9:00 AM - 10:45 AM 102B (1F)

Convener:*Hitoshi Tomaru(Department of Earth Sciences, Chiba University), Akihiro Hachikubo(Environmental and Energy Resources Research Center, Kitami Institute of Technology), Sumito Morita(Institute for Geo-Resources and Environment, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology), Chair:Akihiro Hachikubo(Environmental and Energy Resources Research Center, Kitami Institute of Technology)

An increasing number of researches focusing on natural gas hydrates have recently been conducted from the environmental and resource scientific viewpoints. This session aims to share and discuss the latest research results to examine the nature and potential of gas hydrate in the past-present-future both in the environmental and resource fields. Because the researches on gas hydrates are interdisciplinary, broad topics will be presented in this session.

10:00 AM - 10:15 AM

*Akari FUKUDA1, Mariko KOUDUKA2, Hideki NUMANAMI3, Yohey SUZUKI2, Ryo MATSUMOTO1 (1.Organization for the Strategic Coordination of Research and Intellectual Properties, Meiji Univ., 2.Department of Earth and Planetary Science, Graduate School of Science, the University of Tokyo, 3.Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Home Economics, Tokyo Kasei-Gakuin University)
