[SSS26-11] Phase of Severe Earthquake of Seismic Wave

*Masaru NISHIZAWA1 (1.none)

Conclusion

1. Strong motion seismogram exists tajo.
Was that the reason, present Earthquake Early warning is difficult.

2. A building on the soft ground accept rotation level and up and down by strong motion Earthquake.

3. Phase (shift) is one of the very important fact.
