本セッションでは学祭的な地震前兆現象の解析に焦点をあてる。近年世界中で発生した規模の大きな地震を、さまざまな種類のセンサによる複合観測や多様な解析方法を駆使することによって地震前兆信号の検出やその統計的な評価を学際的に調査することができるようになりました。本セッションでは、岩石圏でのストレス変化に関連すると考えられる地震学的、地球化学的、電磁気学的、大気電気学的、熱力学的等の地震準備過程の観測や解析、モデリング等について議論します。地震の予測可能性や大地震の実学的な予測手法の開発に関する話題提供等も歓迎します。
