We must certainly avoid having food allergy in closed room space. However, depending on the crews, they have a possibility to have food-allergy. There is the risk that takes an allergen in the body while we do not know it. The food allergy is caused in the order of nano or the pico. Therefore we may contaminate it from the food which other crew ate.
It is necessary to distinguish the kitchen utensil of the meal. In addition, the allergenic inspection in the processed food is necessary, too. We think that we may cook our food in a spaceship in the future. And we cook the food which was cultivated in spaceship in future. At that time, we think that it is necessary to do an allergenic test of our food in a spaceship.
