Science Council of Japan (SCJ) called for proposal on Maser Plan of Large Research Projects, i.e. Master Plan 2017. In this union session, each proposal will be evaluated by SCJ members and associate members and the result will be referred when Earth and Planetary Science Committee recommends candidates for "Selected Large Research Projects".
