Geological disposal of nuclear waste has been discussed the feasibity for more than several decades. During that, several kinds of disposal were nominated but the feasibility was not accepted due to the safetu pointo of viewe and also the international mutual understandings. Based on the history, recently, Finland and Sweden are deciding the sites for disposal into the bedrocks. However, in Japan, the situation is still very behaind even not to able to any concensus for nuclear waste disposal. Here we are trying to show what's whould be taken into account for the next generation to share the infroamtion on geoscienctific issues to be covered in this field for the discussion.
