Keywords:lahar, volcanic disaster, field survey, GPR, scoria, geological section

In order to study of the disaster prevention of slush avalanche and lahar of the foot of Mount Fuji, we took place the survey for subsurface geology by Ground Penetrate Radar (GPR) on the southeastern slope. Some clear boundaries between unconsolidated scoria and lava bed layer were drawn as reflective surfaces. In our presentation we will cover some of the following topics: 1. Sedimentological and geotechnical condition of the studied area, 2 reconstructed history of mass movement on the slope.
