In late years the human came to be able to stay in the space for a long term. The human will build the moon base in future. In addition, the human will emigrate to Mars. The space foods become required as a life-support system then. Therefore we want to use caloric tofu as space foods. However, we cannot eat the meal successively if not delicious.
