Importance of the insect food in space foods In life in the outer space, the space foods are indispensable life-support systems. Many researchers approach it about the space foods in various directions. It is a study on ingredients itself, production, combination, recipe, preservation method, waste. We think about ingredients, combination, cooking method and preservation method in this study. It is necessary to consider of space food as a nutrient based on energy, lipid, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins (A, B group, C, D, E), and the mineral (Na, K,Ca, D).
