[O02-P05] Measurement of Cloudcover at Night Brightness

The weather status in Japan is decided based on the cloud cover. However, as cloud cover is measured with our own eyes, it is not always accurrate. Therefore, to improve the accuracy of weather forcast this reasarch was conducted aiming at establishing a new method to measure cloud cover accuracy using SQM. The develop a new way to measure cloud cover by using the light and the cloud cover was invested. The data of cover was used for this purpose. Futhermore, it is to improve the accuracy of weather forecast after this experiment.
