[O02-P18] A Relationship between Brightness of the Night Sky and Environmental Factors

We studied about a relationship between brightness of the night sky and environment factors by use of Sky Quality Meter (SQM) in Tsurumi. This time, we give a presentation about relationships between altitude of the moon and brightness of the night sky, degree of cloudiness and that. First, we could see the change in the brightness of the night sky by change in altitude of the moon. And, we could also see the change in that by before and after the moon is sinking. These changes show us that the higher the altitude of the moon was, the brighter the night sky was. Next, we could get result that the more clouds it had, the brighter it had the brightness of the night sky. This result supports the results of the previous study that the light from the neighboring town reaches by the reflection of the cloud.
