[O02-P48] Why does the flag flutter?
The flag repeats the movement to flutter in spite of what recieve apporoximately straight wind to advance.This study is instended that we analyzeit why an imminent flag does moving one and what kind of way to flutter in.The imminent flag is influenced by a variety of conditions.For example,the fixed location of the peace of fablic,and howto play wind is irregular.We examine flutter of the flag in the laboratory system.In addition,we perform condition control.Specifically,we we change it such as strength distance, high wind,the angle using an electric fan.We search for regularity mainly of amplitude and number of vibrations.
