[O06-P18] Approach to Geoparking of Central Alps 2017

*Komatsu Yutaka1 (1.Komagane city hall)

Keywords: Efforts to aim for Japan Geopark, Geo story making

Mt.houken, Mt. Sugiki, Kiso Komagatake etc. in the Central Alps have glacial topography such as curls and moraines and also have unique characteristics throughout the country that these glacial landforms can be seen from the urban areas at the foot.
In addition to this, many topographies that symbolize the alpine belt of Japan are seen, and a large amount of earth and sand generated from the granite geology forms an alluvial fan and develops the Tagiri terrain.
In this poster session, we would like you to know about our efforts to date, and we would like to make it a place of information exchange, such as advice to the region aiming for geoparking in the future.
