RSTAR7-Akatsuki is a package for calculating the radiance observed by cameras onboard Akatsuki. Libraries are provided to users under the condition that they are used only for non-profit scientific or educational purposes (OpenCLASTR project http://157.82.240.167/~clastr/). Now we are ready to calculate the radiance observed by IR1, IR2, and LIR.
