[U08-06] Roadmap for research and education in Solid Earth Science

The roadmap for research and education in Solid Earth Science proposed previously needs to be revised and updated. In our solid earth section, we organized a taskforce (TF) for revision of the previous roadmap and for discussing the future of the solid earth science. TF consists of a total of 15 members from each field of solid earth science including the executive members of the solid earth science section.

We asked members of TF and representatives of the research proposals on big projects in Earth Science for comments on revision of the roadmap. We are currently discussing the direction of revision based on their comments. We present a draft of the revised roadmap for research and education in solid earth science.
