[B-BC03] Interrelation between Life, Water, Mineral, and Atmosphere
Tue. May 28, 2019 5:15 PM - 6:30 PM Poster Hall (International Exhibition Hall8, Makuhari Messe)
convener:Takeshi Kakegawa(Graduate School of Science, Tohoku University), Tadashi Yokoyama(Graduate School of Integrated Arts and Sciences, Hiroshima University), Keisuke Fukushi(Institute of Nature & Environmental Technology, Kanazawa University), Fumito Shiraishi(Department of Earth and Planetary Systems Science, Graduate School of Science, Hiroshima University)
Life on Earth is based on a diversity of physical and chemical dynamics and processes throughout the history of the Earth. It can essentially be regarded as the history of interrelation between Life, Water, Mineral (Solid Earth) and Atmosphere. To solve this kind of complex systems problems, interdisciplinary approach, a way of thinking and communication, is necessary. This session will be a cradle for such interdisciplinary researches.
