Conservation and management of water quality is most important to conserve the water environment as well as to secure good water resource. Water quality has been conventionally controlled by regulation of emission concentration. On the other hand, divergence of emission material and increase of waste water in recent years indicates that the regulation of total emission will be most important. In addition, the knowledge of total load of a material such as nitrogen and phosphorous is fundamental to understand a cycle and mass balance of the material. However, the measurement of water quality load is not so easy because it requires much of time and labor well as high cost. So, we established a new system by which we could easily determine the total load of water quality. In this paper, the system is applied in a forested watershed to discuss validity of the system.
