We have developed MyMap3D as the service by which the user can make a 3D web map freely. The elevation data used for topography making, basically, using elevation tiles of the PNG format Geographical Survey Institute offers, when, everyone is without charge and it can be used. This service is designed in order to change most items of the indication setting, and it's designated using a query parameter of URL. A 3D rendering is performed using WebGL through three.js.
