Since affected area by disasters such as floods on international scale river, haize by forest fire, and volcanic ejectaare are recognized as no boundaries, there are many benefits of working together through regional cooperation. These include the sharing of best practices for handling major disasters, responding together on search and rescue efforts, and understanding and improving DRR through early warnings, the mutual exchange of information, joint education and training exercises, and joint assistance on disaster response.
