[HCG30-06] Strong motion at Ooi nuclear power plant

The design basis seismic acceleration at Ooi Nuclear Power Plant is estimated as 856gal by using Irikura and Miyake (2001)'s 'recipe' and consideration on uncertainty in short-period spectral level. It appears to be smaller than so-called cliff edge acceleration estimated as 1260gal. However, more realistic acceleration would be greater than this cliff edge level.
