[MAG39-07] Farmed fish management: integration of observation and simulation

★Invited Papers

Keywords:Fish farming

Since the natural fish resource is constantly decreasing, the importance of fish farming further increases. However, the technique is still depending on the skill of artisans. The feed quantity is determined by looking. Is it truly the best feed quantity? I plan to develop a fish growth simulation model based on observation and to estimate the best feed quantity by using its simulation. This technique will reduce labor cost and enhance the new entry. I will discuss the future fish farming system that is developed by an integration of observation and simulation.
