[MGI31-05] The perspective of Open Science with consideration of the gap between the Integrated Innovation Strategy and the current state of scholarly communication

*Kazuhiro Hayashi1 (1.National Institute of Science and Technology Policy)

Keywords:Open Science, Integrated Innovation Strategy, Research Data Platform, Scholarly publishing

Author introdces the Integrated Innovation Strategy as the latest documment which includes Open Science policy. It aims to develop the source of innovation or knowledge base for innovation with several data platforms including research data platofom of managing, sharing, and distributing data. On the other hand, some new evolutons occur in the scholarly publishing such as preprint servier, open research platform and registered report, which affects researchers directly, but not directly to connect to the research data platform. Author discusses the gap between them to find a way to transform Science as Open Science policy indicates.
